Agile Building Construction can transform your old worn-out bathroom into a new work of art. We have done bathroom remodel projects for lots of happy customers in the local area around Kenmore. Here are a few examples.
We remodeled this bathroom in a simple, classic style with all new finishes including subway tile, a cast iron porcelain tub / shower, a big Grohe rainfall shower head along with separate spray hose/nozzle, ceramic floor tile, and a floating vanity from IKEA.
We contracted to rebuild this bathroom, which was small with a dark shower cramped behind the wall. Tile had begun to fall off the walls because it was just glued to the drywall without proper backing or waterproofing. We completely demolished this bathroom, replaced the rotten wall structure with pressure-treated rot-resistant material, covered walls with cement backer board and waterproof membrane, installed tile with urethane grout, repaired the shower base/drain, and added a 3/8″ tempered safety glass panel as an (almost) invisible water barrier. Natural pebble mosaic, sealed for easy cleaning, was used on the back wall. The new bathroom uses the same footprint/area as the original but feels much more spacious now that it’s open.
This vanity was made to fit in a small bathroom. The teak cabinet and stone sink were supplied by Four Winds Artful Living in Seattle. Click here for details about the store: http://www.yelp.com/biz/four-winds-seattle The cabinet was crafted using reclaimed teak wood from Indonesia. We drilled the top, attached the faucet and sink, modified the top drawer, making it half depth to accommodate the sink drain, and attached the cabinet to the wall so it will not move. The vessel sink is a carved natural river stone. It was cut to the contours of the stone shape, honed smooth, and polished to a glowing finish. Water comes from a modern brushed nickel faucet with an aerator.
A customer called to fix their leaky old bathtub enclosure that was over 30 years old. We completely demolished the existing tub, replaced rotten wall structure with pressure-treated rot-resistant material, covered walls with Schluter Kerdi board and waterproof membrane, installed tile with urethane grout, replaced the shower base/drain, put in a big Grohe rainfall shower head along with separate spray hose/nozzle, and added a 3/8″ tempered safety glass panel as an (almost) invisible water barrier. A pair of inset niche shelves hold toiletries out of the way. For accent strip tile we used glass mosaic grid. Stainless steel grab bars provide safe access for all ages.
We remodeled this bathroom with a new cast iron tub, new shower with river pebble stone floor, ceramic plank tile walls, and mosaic backsplash trim. The customer gave us her 5-star review saying, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Cole Chesnut is a capable and very skilled craftsman. No matter your need, he will find a way to meet it. All the work he has done for us over the years has been completed with the utmost care given to our property. His prices are fair and his work is excellent. The care he takes and the wide knowledge base he brings to the job makes AGILE our choice for all our home improvement needs.”
While some other contractors may estimate lower prices, comparing their work to ours is like comparing a raft to a submarine. This is a waterproof shower system. We use tested, time-proven methods and materials, some with warranties for up to 25 years.
I can take care of your carpentry, paint, and other handyman tasks.
